If only “Great Scott!” made sense in context. Or, “By my magnificent pillar like beard!”, “Prancing Elvii on the head of a pin!”, “Gadzooks!”, “1.21 jiggawatts!”
I wonder if these guys find human hands disgusting thanks to the extra finger? Yeah, I’m still on that. And I still like this story despite the slownissity.

If you have the patience to follow the story long enough…
His old features probably don’t allow him to LOOK as surprised as he actually is.
There are slower comics…. but few as good.

Well hopefully the chancellor isn’t like so many other powerful types. When confronted with evidence which completely proves that all their previously held beliefs are false, what do they do? They destroy the evidence and crush those who presented it.

but, one thing I would have liked to see in the last panel is more definition to the face, more of the great lines that everything else has. I feel like panels 2 and 3 have just as much definition as the last one and they are a longer perspective.
Wow. I have never seen such an overused, melodramatic cliche phrase be used as often as “By the gods!” or its equivalents. If only there existed something more appropriate! But alas, cliches are sometimes meant to be.
